- Environmental management system – We are integrating a certified Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the ISO 14001 standard into our operations.
- Adhering to global reporting standards – TSC Life is committed to transparent reporting, aligned with the European Union’s reporting standards.
- Tracking and improving ESG impact – We are establishing a baseline, setting clear sustainability targets, and continuously measuring our progress.
- Engaging with stakeholders – We collaborate with industry experts, partners, and customers through cross-functional workstreams, surveys, and desk research. Our ESG SWOT analysis and ESG Supplier Due Diligence process ensure in-depth engagement.
Double Materiality: Identifying Key ESG Priorities
To define our ESG focus areas, we conducted a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA)—analyzing both our impact on the environment and society, as well as how sustainability factors influence our business. This process identified five key ESG priorities aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS):
1. Climate Change
TSC Life aims to be net-zero emissions by 2050. We are taking steps to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by calculating our GHG emission baseline for 2024 and creating a carbon reduction plan.
2. Resources & Circular Economy
TSC Life is developing a circular initiatives roadmap for its product portfolio to enhance resource use and circular practices throughout the production and product life cycle.
3. Our Workforce
We invest in our employees’ health and safety, fostering a diverse and supportive workplace.
4. Patients & End-Users
Our cutting-edge medical devices are designed to enhance health and safety for healthcare professionals and patients worldwide. TSC Life currently provides medical technologies for patient temperature management and single-use endoscopy.
5. Business Conduct
Our commitment to high ethical standards ensures corporate integrity, regulatory compliance, and a strong corporate reputation.
