Bronchoscopy for Intensive Care (BrIC) Course
The Bronchoscopy for Intensive Care (BrIC™) Course is a multidisciplinary, one-day hands-on training program tailored for professionals in acute care settings, including anaesthesia, intensive care, emergency medicine, and acute medicine. The course aims to enhance clinical skills in bronchoscopy for ICU and acute care scenarios, such as airway management, airway haemorrhage, percutaneous tracheostomy, and procedures for non-intubated patients. Emphasizing patient safety, team collaboration, and simulated scenarios, the BrIC Course is primarily workshop-based, offering ample opportunities for hands-on practice, bronchoscopy simulator sessions for competency development, and team-based exercises. Led by a highly experienced international faculty, the course also provides a platform for testing both established and emerging bronchoscopy devices.
